My office started operating in the year of 2008 at its former headquarters, after which, as an individual lawyer, it moved to the current, modern office in the center of Budaörs in order to meet the needs of my client base.

During my legal activities, I carry out my duties and represent the interests of my clients as a team with my client, and if necessary, in cooperation with my colleagues, effectively combining the expectations of the 21th century with the traditions and experience necessary for the high-level performance of the legal profession.

CRIMINAL LAW

In the field of criminal law, I primarily act as a defense attorney in cases of drunk driving, traffic crimes and violations, as well as intellectual property crimes of an economic nature arising in the course of economic life. In addition to all this, I also undertake the provision of defense representation during other types of crime cases too.

TRAFFIC OFFENCES

A közhiedelemmel ellentétben ittas járművezetéses, illetve közlekedési büntetőügyekben az ügyvédi stratégia szintén kulcskérdés, döntően meghatározza az ügy kimenetelét, valamint az ítélet súlyosságát. A büntetőeljárás ugyanis nem a bírósági tárgyalással kezdődik, ezért az első pillanattól fogva védőügyvédet kell szerezni, legyen szó bármilyen „egyszerűnek” tűnő ügyről. Az eljárás során kellő időben előadott, átgondolt, alátámasztott védekezés jelentősen befolyásolja a jogosítvány elvételének időtartamát, az utánképzési kötelezettség alakulását.

DUI

Contrary to popular belief, in cases of DUI and traffic criminal cases, the defense strategy is a key issue, decisively determining the outcome of the case and the severity of the sentence. Criminal proceedings do not start with a court hearing, so you need to get a defense lawyer from the first moment, no matter how "simple" the case seems.

REPRESENTATION OF VICTIMS, MEDIATION

I also undertake to provide legal representation in relation to compensation for damages arising from traffic accidents during out-of-court claims settlement with insurance companies, as well as during the mediation process/mediation arising in criminal proceedings, both on the part of the perpetrator and the victim I also want to provide effective legal protection to the victims of criminal acts, so I undertake the full legal representation of victims, in order to effectively enforce the interests of the victims.

VIOLATIONS

Even in the case of violations, legal representation is of great importance in the case of certain violations, because e.g. in the case of driving without a license, in most cases, the offender is immediately detained for 72 hours custody, they remain in custody until the end of the expedited court procedure. My office also has a great deal of experience in this kind of cases, which is important in order to avoid serious legal consequences, such as being banned from driving.

PROPERTY LAW, CONTRACTS

In addition to my areas of expertise in criminal law, I also act as a lawyer in corporate law and real estate legal issues. I help my clients by the establishment of any type of company, the registration of changes in a company, as well as the preparation of any type of contract and document related to real estate in German and English.

I speak German and English at a high level, and I have a lot of experience with foreign clients in the context of legal advice and document drafting being in cooperation ith the Hunagrian Embassy of Germany in Budapest.
